Did you know a grateful disposition reduces materialism, burnout & depression?

More and more science is showing, a grateful disposition reduces materialism, burnout and depression; it also makes you happier. My wife carries on her tradition of gratitude by sending handwritten notes to friends and family, for various events, holidays, birthdays and just because.

I am an extrovert, so I carry on my gratitude rituals by sharing small acts of kindness; opening doors for strangers, letting others in line first and going to lunch with friends.

I also think about what I am grateful for, while walking my dog. I am grateful for a special marriage, good health, being able to walk, having a dog (Eldred) to walk with, living in this beautiful area, and more.

I am happy to help you in being grateful for your life needs. Give us a call if you need any help with projects around your home.
